Abstract

Définie lors du Sommet de Luxembourg en 1997, la Stratégie européenne pour l'emploi s'organise chaque année autour de deux périodes clés : au printemps, les rapports des États membres sur la mise en œuvre nationale des lignes directrices pour l'emploi ; à l'automne, le Rapport conjoint de la Commission sur les politiques nationales d'emploi, et la formulation des lignes directrices pour l'année suivante.
