Abstract

Dans le vif débat qu'avait suscité le référendum, deux points de vue s'opposaient notamment sur le statut de la concurrence dans les traités : certains défendaient que la concurrence était déjà présente dans le traité de Rome, d'autres arguaient qu'au contraire la place attribuée à la concurrence était nouvelle. Finalement ces deux points de vue ne sont pas si contradictoires qu'ils peuvent l'apparaître.
