La dynamique du marché du travail en Pologne et en Turquie : une analyse comparative

Abstract

Cet article* fournit une analyse comparative de la dynamique du marché du travail en Pologne et en Turquie. Une analyse en termes d'offre et de demande montre qu'il existe des différences importantes dans l'évolution de ces deux variables. En Pologne, l'offre de travail est stagnante et le chômage s'explique essentiellement par la demande de travail. Récemment, le taux de croissance élevé de la Pologne a entraîné une baisse significative du taux de chômage. A la différence de la Pologne, la population active en Turquie est en hausse et constitue une pression permanente sur le marché du travail.
