Abstract

Cet article se focalise exclusivement sur l'intégration budgétaire européenne en analysant ce que pourrait être la future Union budgétaire européenne (UBE ou European Fiscal Union ou EFU) (voir Barbier-Gauchard, Sidiropoulos et Varoudakis 2018) qui pourrait être confiée à un Gouvernement central européen (GCE) de l'UE (homologue budgétaire de la BCE pour la politique monétaire dans l'UEM).
