Abstract

Après sa démission d'office effective en août 2020, l'ancien président de l'Autorité polynésienne de la concurrence (APC), avait contesté cette décision devant la juridiction administrative. Le 18 avril 2023, la cour administrative d'appel de Paris (CAA Paris) vient de confirmer que le jugement rendu par le tribunal administratif de la Polynésie française était en tout point fondé et que la démission d'office prononcée contre M. Jacques Mérot était pleinement justifiée. Un revers qui accompagne la fin de carrière de l'intéressé. De quoi inciter (enfin) certains complotistes à cesser leurs tentatives de réécriture de l'Histoire ?
