Abstract

Le management hospitalier joue un rôle central dans l'organisation du travail des soignants, influençant directement leur bien-être et la qualité des soins délivrés. Si certaines approches managériales offrent des cadres structurants et rassurants, d'autres peuvent s'avérer délétères, favorisant l'apparition de pathologies professionnelles telles que le « burnout », le « bore-out » ou encore la perte de sens au travail. Cet article analyse d'une part différents modes de management et leurs impacts sur la santé des soignants et d'autre part, les risques inhérents à l'absence de management ou à la mobilisation d'un management sans fins réduit à ses seuls artefacts. Enfin une approche en termes de maturité du système managérial est proposée en conclusion.
