Abstract

Après avoir considéré en août dernier qu'il n'y avait pas d'urgence à suspendre l'application de la démission d'office de M. Mérot, le tribunal administratif de la Polynésie française vient le 11 mai de confirmer, au fond cette fois, la pleine légalité des arrêtés qui prononçaient cette sanction à l'égard de l'ancien président de l'Autorité polynésienne de la concurrence (APC).
