Abstract

Les opérateurs de téléphonie mobile et d'accès à Internet polynésiens, Viti et Vodafone, concurrents de l'opérateur historique Vini (filiale de l'EPIC OPT, l'office des postes et télécommunications), demandent chacun une nouvelle licence. Viti, déjà concurrent sur l'accès à Internet, pour la téléphonie mobile. Et Vodafone, déjà concurrent sur la téléphonie mobile, pour l'accès à Internet. Le gouvernement polynésien a laissé passer le délai légal pour répondre, laissant entendre que son choix n'était pas arrêté. Mais quels sont les enjeux concurrentiels de l'octroi de ces nouvelles licences ?
