De la smart city à la senseable city : quelle place pour le citoyen ?

Abstract

Cette communication interroge la transformation des modèles urbains numériques en mettant au centre la question de l'implication citoyenne. Loin de se limiter à l'optimisation technologique des services urbains, la réflexion porte sur l'acceptabilité sociale, la participation des usagers et la construction d'environnements véritablement inclusifs et durables. Trois axes ont structuré les discussions : * l'intégration des usagers dans un projet d'électrification des mobilités ; * l'analyse critique de la smart-city comme expérience urbaine ordinaire ; * la mise en lumière du rôle du citoyen dans la conception de villes intelligentes plus équitables et participatives. En confrontant études de cas et perspectives théoriques, cette communication souligne l'importance de dépasser l'approche strictement techniciste de la smart-city pour promouvoir une "senseable city", attentive aux usages, aux perceptions et aux aspirations des habitants.
