Abstract

La société civile et les entreprises sont aujourd'hui toujours plus attentives à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions prenant en compte les enjeux du développement durable. Celui-ci doit amener à réinventer les organisations, à innover dans les pratiques en tenant compte de la complexité des interdépendances entre la société, l'économie et leurs environnements au sens large. C'est aussi le sens du courant montant outre-Atlantique sous l'expression « business in society ». Selon ce principe, les entreprises doivent avoir un impact positif sur la société, et la société ne doit pas être uniquement un levier pour réaliser des bénéfices.
