Abstract

L'attractivité de la recherche française est en baisse. Pour preuve, selon le rapport « attractivité des emplois et des carrières scientifiques » produit en septembre 2019, par le MESRI, l'évolution de la dépense pour la recherche (comparativement à d'autres pays européens ou de l'OCDE, la France est le pays où les crédits budgétaires pour la recherche présentaient une évolution négative entre 2000 et 2016) et la part de la France pour la production scientifique mondiale, avec un peu plus de 3% des publications mondiales annuelles sur 2015-2017, stagnent, voire s'érodent. De façon parallèle, les carrières scientifiques suivent la même tendance et sont aussi peu attractives !
