Abstract

Sans doute la dictature la plus hermétique du monde, la logistique nord-coréenne reste particulièrement mystérieuse. Comment les marchandises circulent-elles à travers le pays malgré la sévérité des sanctions économiques et, donc, des contraintes imposées au pays? De manière surprenant, une réelle créativité, croisant formel et informel, est présente pour assurer la mise à disposition de biens à la population. La logistique révèle finalement une ingéniosité déconcertante, dont l'article donne un aperçu.
