Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est d'appréhender la co-construction de la transmission d'une TPE saine en SCOP en soulignant les liens entre les acteurs impliqués et ce processus. La prise en compte du concept sociologique de « parcours social » permet de comprendre la démarche du propriétaire dirigeant qui conduit à un passage de relais naturel vers les salariés. Une approche qualitative exploratoire par l'étude d'un cas met l'accent sur une gestion innovante de la transmission en termes d'anticipation et de préparation du processus et des acteurs.
