« Données de santé en France: empowerment, quantification et gouvernance »

Abstract

La transformation numérique du secteur de la santé repose sur la quantification des données, facilitant la personnalisation des soins tout en soulevant des enjeux de souveraineté nationale et européenne et de marchandisation. Cette recherche analyse comment la quantification redéfinit le rôle des individus, entre empowerment et dépendance aux plateformes numériques. En mobilisant le concept du capital santé et la sociologie de la quantification, une approche qualitative (15 entretiens, 1000 articles de presse) met en évidence trois dynamiques : (1) la centralisation des données et les tensions autour de la acteurs privés et (3) la transformation de la relation patient-praticien via les outils numériques. Nous proposons de considérer la santé comme un "bien commun quantifié", nécessitant une gouvernance plus transparente et éthique pour équilibrer innovation technologique et protection des individus.
