Abstract

Le projet DEFIBIO a pour ambition d'analyser les bonnes pratiques et les écueils possibles liés à la croissance du secteur biologique. Des exploitations agricoles aux opérateurs de la transformation et de la commercialisation, en passant par les pouvoirs publics, les défis sont nombreux à devoir être relevés. En s'appuyant sur des observations de terrain, à différentes échelles et avec différentes disciplines, DEFIBIO propose de construire des outils pour accompagner le changement d'échelle et défendre un modèle ambitieux d'agriculture biologique.
