Abstract

BICCOC est un projet à l'interface entre les sciences chimiques et économiques qui vise à comprendre, favoriser et accompagner l'émergence, le développement et la viabilité de bioclusters dans les filières agroalimentaires et forestières. Ces systèmes innovants s'inscrivent dans une perspective bioéconomique de valorisation de différentes biomasses et de création de nouvelles filières territorialisées 4 cas d'études relevant de types de filières, de bioressources et de contextes territoriaux différents sont ainsi étudiés par le projet
