Abstract

La succession de crises depuis plusieurs années oblige l'entreprise à aller vers une grande capacité d'adaptation et de résilience, qui est fortement dépendante du capital humain et des compétences de ses acteurs. Du fait de leurs caractéristiques organisationnelles et structurelles, les fonctions supply chain et logistique jouent un rôle central et déterminant dans cette démarche.
