Abstract

À partir de deux enquêtes nationales, cet article explore les parcours et conditions d'exercice des cadres de santé, qu'ils soient faisant fonction ou diplômés. Il interroge les leviers d'attractivité, de professionnalisation et de fidélisation dans un système de santé en mutation.
