Abstract

Première production fruitière mondiale, la famille des agrumes est un vaste univers très diversifié tant du point de la géographie de sa production qu'en termes de gamme de produits ou encore de modes d'utilisation. De manière globale, c'est un marché structurellement difficile pour les jus et notamment les jus d'orange qui n'ont plus vraiment la cote au niveau mondial. Les prix mondiaux sont très déprimés. Côté marché du frais et plus précisément le marché de l'Union européenne et de la plus grande zone de production, le bassin méditerranéen, le secteur profite de la saison 2019-2020 pour se remettre doucement d'une crise intense qu'il a traversée en 2018-2019.
