Abstract

Les années se suivent et se ressemblent sur le marché de l'ananas frais. C'est la crise qui domine encore et toujours ce marché qui cherche un nouveau souffle après des années de très forte croissance des exportations vers l'Europe et les États-Unis. Pour l'instant, c'est un marché totalement banalisé qui ne réagit qu'au signal prix. On sera plus optimiste pour le marché de la conserve d'ananas qui sort enfin de la très grave et très longue crise qu'a vécue le secteur. L'offre de la Thaïlande se contractant, les prix sur le marché mondial se redressent ainsi que les prix au producteur. Le mouvement de reprise est beaucoup plus poussif du côté du marché du jus concentré.
