Abstract

C'est un marché extrêmement déprimé que celui de l'ananas. Tant pour le secteur du fruit frais que pour celui du fruit transformé (conserve et jus), les conditions économiques sont rudes. La forte augmentation de l'offre mondiale pèse de manière mécanique et brutale sur les prix mondiaux et sur les retours aux producteurs. S'il est difficile de trouver un quelconque espoir à court terme sur le marché du fruit frais, on peut espérer une amélioration dans les mois qui viennent sur celui du transformé. Les conditions météorologiques en production et les niveaux de stock à l'importation sont scrutés par tous les opérateurs.
