Abstract

Face au désengagement de l'État, les services de conseil agricole ont évolué en accordant une place importante au secteur privé. Cet article revient sur les implications d'une telle évolution pour le secteur maraîcher de Biskra, en Algérie, où fournisseurs et détaillants d'intrants sont les principaux opérateurs de conseil.
