Abstract

Bien que reconnue nécessaire pour l'élaboration des stratégies d'entreprises, la notion de créativité n'est pas prise en compte par les applications informatiques d'aide à la décision utilisées par les dirigeants. Afin de combler cette lacune, nous poserons les principes de telles applications en nous appuyant sur la notion de "pensée latérale" proposée par E. de Bono.
