Abstract

Cette étude examine l'impact de la crise sécuritaire sur l'accès aux soins de santé dans les régions de Ségou et Mopti au Mali. Face à une situation marquée par des conflits armés et une instabilité politique, ces régions connaissent des perturbations majeures dans la fourniture des services de santé, affectant la vie des populations locales. Utilisant des méthodes quantitatives et qualitatives, elle couvre les 15 cercles et 45 communes des deux régions. Les résultats indiquent que les conflits ont aggravé les inégalités d'accès aux soins et révèlent des lacunes importantes dans les infrastructures sanitaires. Cette analyse souligne l'urgence d'approches intégrées pour renforcer la résilience des systèmes de santé dans des contextes conflictuels.
