Abstract

Issues related to mental health and the high suicide rate in the agricultural population are recognized worldwide and are of concern to the scientific community, as well as members of the professional community and political bodies. Agricultural producers are among the entrepreneurial populations experiencing the highest levels of exhaustion. Recent research indicates that certain business management tools appear to be suitable as relevant strategies for promoting stress reduction. In this sense, this communication aims to clarify the relationship between the use of management tools and stress reduction in agricultural producers.
