Abstract

La gouvernance du capital immatériel est l'un des défis majeurs du nouveau modèle de développement. Dans cet article, on va décortiquer ces défis en se basant sur le rapport général du nouveau modèle de développement comme point de départ ainsi que l'ensemble des études réaliser par le Haut-Commissariat du Plan à l'échelle de la démographie territoriale. Accorder de l'intérêt au plan démographique pour décrypter les différents déguisement du capital immatériel, permet de booster le développement vers le Maroc d'avenir. Dans cette perspective de développement, nous allons procéder à étudier la relation capital immatériel et gouvernance prenant le chemin des discours Royale de sa Majesté le Roi, et les politiques publiques en relation avec l'action citoyenne. L'objectif de cette étude et de dessiner l'image fantôme du capital immatériel, laissons l'exercice au chercheur à explorer ses formes et de le rendre visuel. Car avant de prendre la route vers le Maroc d'avenir nous devons préparer une cartographie de route là où la mesure s'exprime dans nos actions en fonction du temps.
