Abstract

La notion d'organisation temporaire peut laisser à penser l'apparition spontanée et sans conséquences durables d'une structure. Cependant, la littérature académique a démontré depuis quelques années que nombre d'organisations dont la durée d'action est réduite peuvent avoir des conséquences durables. L'ambition de cet article est d'explorer l'héritage logistique que peut laisser un événement de manière durable sur son territoire, et questionne la relation entre un héritage logistique et une dynamique économique locale forte. En s'appuyant sur la notion de pulsar effect et sur une méthodologie d'étude de cas multiples (20 festivals et leurs territoires), la recherche démontre l'existence d'un héritage logistique permettant un développement économique favorable pour les villes de taille modeste. La principale contribution de l'article réside dans la mise en évidence du rôle modérateur du ratio population habituelle VS population pendant l'événement, dans l'émergence d'externalités positives.
