Abstract

Les communautés d'innovation en ligne (CIL) offrent aux entreprises l'opportunité de capter des idées novatrices issues d'interactions volontaires entre leurs membres à condition toutefois d'être en capacité de développer une collaboration efficace avec ces communautés afin de générer des connaissances exploitables par l'entreprise. En mobilisant le cadre théorique de la capacité d'absorption (ACAP), cette étude a pour objet de mettre en évidence un ensemble de bonnes pratiques d'absorption des connaissances issues des CIL. Une étude de cas a été réalisée avec la société de conseil en innovation Ixiade, via des entretiens exploratoires, un focus group et des entretiens de validations des pratiques identifiées. Les résultats révèlent huit bonnes pratiques d'absorption des connaissances issues des CIL et huit pratiques d'animation favorisant la dynamique des CIL et renforçant leur contribution à l'innovation. En conclusion, l'articulation entre les pratiques d'animation et les pratiques d'ACAP apparaît crucial pour exploiter pleinement le potentiel des CIL.
