Abstract

Cette thèse par articles ambitionne de répondre aux attentes contemporaines sur les effets de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) sur le secteur de la santé. En effet, depuis 2019, la réforme ''Ma santé 2022'' en France s'appuie sur les nouvelles technologies pour transformer le système de santé, mettant en avant l'importance de la santé numérique. Cette évolution se manifeste par l'intégration de l'IA dans des domaines tels que la télémédecine, le diagnostic, et le traitement des maladies, notamment en oncologie. Cependant, peu d'études se concentrent sur l'impact de ces innovations sur les compétences et les pratiques des professionnels de santé (Habib, 2017). Ce projet doctoral propose d'analyser ces transformations, en se focalisant notamment sur l'oncologie pour comprendre comment l'IA modifie les compétences médicales et la coordination des soins. Cette recherche qualitative, ancrée dans le champ du management des systèmes d'information (SI), mobilise une approche par études de cas pour interroger les conditions d'intégration de l'IA dans les pratiques médicales.
