Proposition théorique de modélisation du processus de transformation organisationnelle

Abstract

La littérature a largement exploré le changement organisationnel, en faisant un concept vaste et polymorphe. Parmi les nombreuses contributions, certains travaux se distinguent en traitant d'un changement si profond qu'il redéfinit l'organisation au point de la faire émerger sous une nouvelle forme. Pour différencier ce phénomène des changements plus localisés, des auteurs ont introduit le concept de « transformation organisationnelle ». Cette distinction a conduit à une diversité de définitions et ouvert la voie à l'analyse des processus de transformation. Toutefois, ces études s'appuient souvent sur des modèles conçus à l'origine pour expliquer des dynamiques de changement, limitant ainsi la compréhension du phénomène de transformation. Quant à son processus, ses phases demeurent dans l'ombre. Nous proposons alors de dépasser ces cadres classiques et d'adopter une approche systémique en mobilisant la théorie des systèmes de travail comme cadre d'analyse, afin d'offrir une vision renouvelée de la transformation et de son processus.
