Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est d'apprécier la performance sociétale (PSE) de deux cabinets d'expertise comptable en mesurant, comme le préconise Sethi (1979), l'écart résultant du décalage entre la PSE du cabinet telle que perçue par les collaborateurs et leurs attentes. Ces derniers ont été invités à renseigner un questionnaire résultant d'un travail de spécialisation de la norme ISO 26000 au métier de l'expertise comptable (164 et 67 répondants). Les résultats montrent que si le construit RSE des cabinets reste partiellement insuffisant par rapport aux attentes des collaborateurs, il est plus avancé sur le volet social que sur les volets environnemental et sociétal. Le diagnostic réalisé constitue une plateforme de travail utile aux dirigeants des deux cabinets pour identifier les changements à réaliser pour répondre aux attentes des collaborateurs.
