Abstract

Ce résumé concerne une présentation des articles sélectionnés pour être publiés au sein de ce numéro spécial de la revue Teoros. Il est vrai qu'en deux décennies, les technologies numériques (TN), c'est-à-dire celles qui traitent des contenus numériques via des contenants, des protocoles et des chartes informatiques (Thenoz, 2020), se sont imposées comme l'un des facteurs clés de la performance des entreprises, mais également des destinations touristiques (Paquerot et al., 2011 ; Lemoine et Salvadore, 2018). Leur développement, leur usage et les données captées, traitées et mises en réseau bouleversent les paradigmes économiques et sociétaux et remettent en question la conception classique du phénomène touristique. Cette contribution a pour objet de remettre ces transformations en perspective et de présenter les travaux sélectionnés dans ce numéro spécial de la revue Téoros.
