Abstract

Le succès des projets d'innovation repose en grande partie sur la qualité des relations collaboratives entre acteurs, où la confiance joue un rôle central. Ce cahier spécial explore le lien entre confiance et innovation à travers les paradigmes organisationnels classiques et modernes, en identifiant trois formes principales de confiance : bureaucratique, réseau et communautaire. Ces perspectives mettent en évidence le rôle de la confiance dans l'intégration des projets d'innovation et la gestion de la complexité des environnements organisationnels. En revisitant cette relation, ce cahier montre que la confiance dépasse son rôle d'outil relationnel pour devenir un levier stratégique renforçant l'efficacité, la résilience et la durabilité des projets d'innovation.
