Abstract

Après deux décennies marquées par les scandales alimentaires à répétition (vache folle, lasagnes à la viande de cheval, lait infantile, œufs au fipronil) et par une volonté croissante de consommer « autrement », les circuits courts ont pris un certain essor. Ils étaient par exemple récemment mis en avant quand l'exécutif discutait de la mise en place d'un panier anti-inflation avec les firmes de la grande distribution.
