Abstract

Tous les samedis, « Le Soir » publie la chronique d'un ou plusieurs membres de Carta Academica. Cette semaine : Le «portefeuille» numérique ne sera pas qu'un simple objet technique, comme voudraient le faire croire ses promoteurs. Il soulève inévitablement des questions liées au respect des principes démocratiques et de la vie privée, qu'il incombe aux instances européennes de protéger.
