Abstract

Rarement un concept n'aura connu un regain de popularité aussi rapide et inattendu que celui de légitimité. En effet, dans le cadre de la réforme des retraites et différents mouvements qui ont suivi, le Président de la République, qui avait rassemblé le 21 mars dernier les parlementaires de la majorité à l'Elysée, a estimé que « la foule, quelle qu'elle soit, n'a pas de légitimité face au peuple qui s'exprime souverain à travers ses élus.
