Les aides 2023 pour l’alternance en France

Abstract

2020 et 2021 ont été des années records pour l'alternance en France. Selon le Ministère du travail, du plein emploi et de l'insertion (MTPEI, 2021, 2022) près de 500 000 contrats d'apprentissage ont été signés dans le secteur privé en 2020 et 734 000 en 2021. Fin juin 2022, la France comptait déjà 891 000 apprentis sous contrat, soit une augmentation de 30 % sur un an ; un nouveau record selon le gouvernement. Si ces bons résultats s'expliquent en partie grâce aux aides « 1 jeune, 1 solution » et aux mesures financières mises en place durant la crise sanitaire, quels seront les effets des nouvelles mesures entrées en vigueur depuis le 1er janvier 2023 ?
