Abstract

Les collaborations entre start-ups et organisations établies représentent une dynamique essentielle de l'innovation ouverte, offrant un terrain fertile pour des opportunités mutuelles, mais générant aussi des défis stratégiques inédits. Ce cahier spécial examine en profondeur les multiples facettes de ces interactions en analysant les principaux processus d'innovation ouverte. Les articles retenus couvrent une pluralité de contextes, qu'il s'agisse des fintechs, du secteur hospitalier ou encore des start-ups issues du milieu académique, et mettent en lumière des mécanismes essentiels tels que la modulation de la distance cognitive, l'orchestration d'écosystèmes complexes ou encore la transformation des pratiques. En révélant comment ces collaborations favorisent non seulement l'apprentissage organisationnel, mais aussi la création de savoirs partagés et l'émergence de nouvelles institutions, ce cahier spécial propose une réflexion renouvelée sur les rôles des différents acteurs. Il invite également à explorer des pistes de recherche pour maximiser leur impact stratégique et renforcer les liens entre innovation et collaboration inter-organisationnelle.
