Abstract

Les entreprises sont à la fois le lieu de rencontres amoureuses et sexuelles et le point de focalisation du phénomène #MeToo qui dénonce les violences sexistes et sexuelles. La recherche en management s'est peu intéressée à ce sujet, qui fait l'objet d'un colloque organisé à l'IAE Paris-Est afin d'apporter de premiers éclairages à la question suivante : comment le mouvement #MeToo est-il vécu dans le monde professionnel ?
