Abstract

Cette revue de la littérature étudie la relation entre la soutenabilité, la RSE et l'internationalisation des PME. Sous la pression croissante en faveur de l'adoption de pratiques durables, les PME intègrent stratégiquement la RSE dans leur expansion internationale. Toutefois, malgré l'augmentation des recherches sur la soutenabilité, la relation entre internationalisation et soutenabilité reste sous-explorée dans ce contexte. L'analyse de 21 articles scientifiques, permet d'identifier les différentes théories clés et méthodes utilisées. L'étude révèle l'importance des motivations intrinsèques des dirigeants, des cadres institutionnels et des partenariats stratégiques, et suggère des lacunes potentielles à approfondir dans ce champ émergent en management international.
