Abstract

Based on the academic support experience of a group of wine cooperatives in the south of France, this research aims to develop collaborative tools for better valorization of bulk wine for export. It shows the coexistence of collaborative and competitive behaviors between these actors. In addition, the results illustrate the extent to which collaboration between cooperatives can constitute a vector for developing outlets that is difficult to achieve alone, in a context of financial difficulties in the sector, geopolitical tensions and a decline in wine consumption.
