Abstract

La recherche sur les hybrides organisationnels s'est développée au cours des trente dernières années en marge et par opposition aux postulats dominants de l'isomorphisme institutionnel et de la cohérence interne supposée des organisations. L'émergence d'entreprises combinant des logiques commerciales et d'action sociale éveille l'intérêt. En répondant aux multiples demandes, attentes et logiques des acteurs dans des secteurs institutionnels pluralistes, les organisations hybrides cumulent les légitimités externes. Ce faisant, elles admettent une perte de cohérence interne qui doit être résolue, intégrée, ou accompagnée de diverses manières pour faciliter le déroulement des activités opérationnelles.
