Abstract

Ce cas porte sur l'entreprise Software SAS, entreprise spécialisée dans la conception et la distribution de logiciels métiers sur les secteurs hospitalier, de l'hôtellerie-restauration, de l'immobilier, de la logistique et de l'éducation. À la suite du recrutement d'un nouveau directeur général, ce dernier missionne l'étudiant afin de disposer d'un diagnostic stratégique de préconisations pour : - accélérer la croissance de l'entreprise qui est en berne depuis deux ans, - lui permettre de réduire les faiblesses de l'entreprise - fournir ainsi à la présidente fondatrice du groupe des options concernant la gouvernance, l'actionnariat de l'entreprise, les options stratégiques possibles tout en conservant l'indépendance financière de l'entreprise. S'ajoute à cela la préparation de la succession de la présidente fondatrice
