Abstract

Le cas de TECHFAB, startup française en textiles intelligents pour la santé, illustre les défis et solutions liés à la gestion d'un SI en croissance rapide. Fondée en 2019 à Toulouse, TECHFAB innove avec des vêtements connectés pour le suivi de la santé. Elle rencontre des défis en logistique, gestion client, et sécurisation des données de santé, exacerbés par le télétravail. DIGITECH-CONSEIL recommande un ERP intégré, des solutions collaboratives sécurisées et la conformité RGPD. Une infogérance partielle est préconisée pour bénéficier de l'expertise externe, tout en maîtrisant les processus internes critiques. Ce cas souligne l'importance d'un équilibre entre innovation, croissance et sécurité dans la santé connectée.
