Abstract

La pandémie de la COVID-19 a créé un contexte de stress extrême que les individus ont dû apprendre à gérer, notamment durant le confinement. Cette situation inédite à l'échelle mondiale permet de mieux appréhender le concept de résilience, et de comprendre les stratégies de coping adoptées par les individus. Les résultats d'une étude menée auprès de 142 participants en France durant la période de confinement confirment que la résilience est dépendante du contexte. Ils mettent également en avant les facteurs psychosociaux de la tolérance au stress qui interagissent entre eux au sein des mécanismes de résilience. Enfin, face à la pandémie et au confinement, les individus adoptent principalement des stratégies de coping positives. Ils adoptent une vision réaliste de la situation et se concentrent fortement sur les stratégies centrées sur les problèmes.
