La gestion post-accidentelle des conséquences d’un accident nucléaire : le CODIRPA

Abstract

Le Comité directeur pour la Gestion de la phase post-accidentelle d'un accident nucléaire ou d'une situation radiologique (CODIRPA) est un comité pluraliste piloté par l'ASN. Agissant dans le cadre d'un mandat du Premier ministre, il a pour mission de proposer au Gouvernement des recommandations pour renforcer la stratégie nationale de gestion à long terme des conséquences d'un accident nucléaire. Ses dernières recommandations, transmises au Gouvernement pour alimenter la planification de crise nationale, intègrent notamment les enseignements tirés de l'accident de Fukushima. Malgré la technicité des sujets traités, ce comité a proposé des dispositifs d'association des différentes parties prenantes à ses travaux, en particulier les riverains des installations nucléaires. Enfin, le CODIRPA a élaboré différents supports pédagogiques à destination de différents publics : professionnels de santé, entreprises, grand public.
