Abstract

A l'heure de se projeter vers Paris 2024 et l'organisation des Jeux olympiques, le sport français doit puiser dans toutes les ressources à sa disposition. Parmi celles-ci,les outils de gestion de projet et de management, issus du monde de l'entreprise, peuvent être mobilisés par les différents acteurs du sport. Dans cet article, l'analyse dite «PESTEL» interroge le macro-environnement de l'entraîneur, du manager ou encore du sportif.
