Abstract

Considérée comme l'un des thèmes majeurs de la recherche critique en sciences sociales, la reconnaissance au travail a été relativement négligée en sciences de gestion. Notre recherche qualitative se propose d'étudier la relation entre l'engagement et la perception de la reconnaissance des directeurs de l'administration régionale tunisienne dans un contexte de changement politique et institutionnel qualifié de révolutionnaire. Trois configurations ont été discutées : l'intensification de l'engagement, la tendance au désengagement (engagement limité, engagement calculé) et la permanence de l'engagement. La motivation pour le service public, la satisfaction personnelle et le sens du travail y jouent un rôle important.
