Abstract

Ce cas permet une immersion dans les problématiques budgétaires et commerciales que peuvent avoir le service des ventes d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique. Le cas donne accès aux chiffres réels et budgétaires sur le chiffre d'affaires de la vente d'un produit "Acide méfénamique", une étude de marché ainsi qu'une prise de position budgétaire et marketing dans un contexte de pandémie.
