La coopération contre le management

Abstract

Le management est un angle mort de la coopération. Comme dans toute l'économie sociale, les modalités concrètes de gestion de l'entreprise, et notamment de son personnel salarié, sont pour la plupart des actrices et acteurs un sujet secondaire, éclipsé par les questions de gouvernement de l'entreprise, de vie démocratique des sociétaires, ou de projet sociétal porté par l'organisation. Nous pensons pourtant que la coopération, non seulement est un lieu de pratiques managériales originales, mais qu'il est possible d'imaginer une approche proprement coopérative de la gestion des organisations productives, à contre-pied de la doxa managériale.
